The new McDonald’s in London has been given a thumbs up by visitors to its Facebook page.
The fast food chain has been praised by locals and tourists for its fast food and a focus on quality.
It also has a new slogan, Mcdonalds Promotion, which is part of a new marketing campaign which promotes the fast food restaurant in London.
The company has been touting its new slogan on the restaurant’s Facebook page and Instagram account, posting an image of a large Mcdonald’s poster with the word “McDonalds” above it, alongside a post about the company’s latest advertising campaign.
The post reads: “Our Mcdonald restaurant is now the #1 place to eat in London!
Celebrate our #McDonald Promotion campaign with the new Mcdonald posters on our Facebook and Instagram, and get the freshest, best, freshest food.
We look forward to your comments and suggestions on how we can make this even better!”
It’s unclear how many McDonald’s locations the post is referring to, but it appears to have been popular on Facebook with users commenting on it.
The poster’s post also included a photo of a group of locals sitting in the lobby of the restaurant, with a caption reading “Our #Mcdonald Promotion is here, and we can’t wait to share it with you.”
McDonald’s has previously been criticised for its marketing in London, including an advertisement in the Daily Telegraph featuring the slogan, “London is the best city in the world.”
It has also been criticised by local authorities, with the Mayor of London, Boris Johnson, recently announcing plans to introduce a new £2.5bn investment in the capital.
He said that “the world’s top restaurants are offering the best value and the best food in the UK, and it is our duty to help them”.
He added that the investment would also “help the local economy” and that the “mixed success of London’s restaurants” was partly due to the “great work of the London restaurant industry”.
